Triumph has unveiled the 2026 Street Triple 765 RX, a special edition naked bike that brings a track-focused feel to the Street Triple line. Inspired by Moto2 racing, the RX emphasizes precision, agility, and high-performance components while remaining fully road legal. Alongside the RX, Triumph also introduced the limited Street Triple 765 Moto2 Edition, restricted to 1000 units worldwide.
Engine
The RX is powered by a 765 cc inline-three engine producing 130 PS at 12,000 rpm and 80 Nm of torque at 9,500 rpm. This engine offers strong acceleration, high-rev performance, and smooth power delivery suitable for both road and track riding.
Chassis and Frame
The bike features an aluminium twin-spar frame derived from the RS model, tuned for sharper handling. The chassis contributes to precise control and stability even at higher speeds.
Suspension
The front suspension uses a fully adjustable Ohlins NIX30 fork with 115 mm of travel. Rear suspension is handled by an Ohlins STX40 piggy-back shock, also fully adjustable. This combination allows riders to fine-tune the bike for street comfort and aggressive track use.
Brakes
Front braking consists of dual 310 mm discs with Brembo Stylema 4-piston calipers and an MCS radial master cylinder. The rear features a 220 mm disc with Brembo caliper and ABS. This setup delivers excellent stopping power and stability under heavy braking.
Electronics and Rider Assistance
The RX comes with a 5-inch full-color TFT display. Ride modes, cornering ABS, traction control, and a quickshifter for clutch-less gear changes are standard. These features enhance safety, performance, and rider confidence in all conditions.
Ergonomics and Handling
Clip-on handlebars provide a sporty riding position, placing the rider forward for better weight distribution. This posture improves control during aggressive cornering and high-speed maneuvers. The combination of suspension, brakes, and frame design ensures the RX is highly responsive.
Styling and Design
The RX features a matte aluminium silver and Diablo Red color scheme. The exhaust has a laser-engraved RX logo. Race-inspired bodywork and lightweight components emphasize its performance character. Wheels are 17-inch with red rims.
Performance
With a wet weight of 188 kg, the RX balances agility and stability. Its suspension and braking components provide excellent cornering performance and precise handling. The bike is ideal for track days but also comfortable for spirited road riding.
Pricing and Availability
In Europe, the RX will reach dealerships in January 2026, with prices around 14,500 to 15,000 EUR depending on the country. In the USA, availability begins in December 2025 with prices around 15,500 USD. The Moto2 Edition is limited to 1000 units worldwide and is expected in April 2026.
Reviews and Opinions
Industry reviewers praise the RX for precision handling, refined suspension, and aggressive ergonomics. It is regarded as a premium upgrade over the standard Street Triple RS. The bike is suitable for riders seeking track-ready performance without needing a full race motorcycle.
